Two paths, one house

Sarah grew up in real estate. Her family has practised in the south of France, and she inherited its eye early: the one that tells a well-kept property from a neglected one. She went on to run her own mandates on the French Riviera, for an international clientele and residences left empty much of the year. A demanding school, where the value of an estate is preserved in advance, never in haste.

Amine comes from the same sector through a different door. Alongside real estate, he spent several years hosting and serving a demanding private clientele, notably in the world of private clubs and events. It is a trade that teaches something nobody puts on a syllabus: anticipating a request before it is made, and never calling something impossible before having looked for a way.

Those two paths explain fairly well what MSA does today.

On one side, property care. Watching over a home while you are away, checking what needs checking, documenting every visit, coordinating a contractor, preparing your return. Methodical work whose value is measured by what does not happen: the damage that never spread, the move-out bill that never landed.

On the other, concierge work. A booking to secure, groceries in before an arrival, a trusted contractor to find, a trip to arrange, an administrative matter to follow through. No two requests are alike, which is exactly why they are handled one at a time. What makes the difference here is responsiveness, the right contacts and discretion.

And between the two sits handover assistance, which has become our most requested service. Because that is exactly where one hour decides whether several thousand francs will be charged to you when you leave.

A family house has only one reputation, and that reputation is indivisible. It is what sets the way we work.

We do not manage a portfolio. We look after a deliberately limited number of properties, so that we know each of them in detail: its weaknesses, its habits, what it demands in winter and what it needs in your absence. No two mandates are alike. Every request is considered for what it is, and every property receives the attention we would give our own.

You will not get one more provider, nor a passing contact. You will have us, both of us.
