Every assignment is unique
We do not offer a subscription for concierge work. Each request is studied and quoted according to its nature and complexity. Travelling to source an exceptional piece is not billed like a restaurant reservation.

What we do not do
In French-speaking Switzerland the word conciergerie covers two very different trades. To avoid any confusion, here is what falls outside our services.

MSA is a private concierge: we work directly for individuals, on personal high-end services. For building maintenance, a cleaning company is the right partner, it is a different profession.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a private concierge and a building caretaker?
A building caretaker maintains the communal parts of a property: stairwells, bins, grounds. A private concierge such as MSA works directly for an individual and handles personal requests: bookings, sourcing, travel, household staff and private events.
Do I need a subscription to use your concierge service?
No. Unlike our property care plans, concierge work is not sold by subscription. Each request is studied and quoted according to its nature and complexity. A restaurant booking and sourcing a rare collector's piece are not billed the same way.
Which languages can we work in?
French and English. A large part of our clientele are expatriates and international executives based in Geneva, for whom English is the working language.
Do you work outside the canton of Geneva?
Our area covers the whole canton. For requests beyond it, notably the Riviera, the French Côte d'Azur or international destinations, we work with a network of trusted partners including Maison Aleydis Prestige.
