A report after every single visit
At each visit your home is filmed from end to end. Within 24 hours you receive a video, photographs and a written account of everything that was checked.
You know exactly what condition your property is in, without having to ask. If anything is wrong, you hear about it straight away.
That paper trail also protects you with your insurer or your managing agent: every observation is dated and documented.

What happens if you find a problem at my home?
You are informed immediately by phone or WhatsApp, with photos. We propose a solution, call in a contractor if you wish, and attend the intervention on your behalf.
How are my keys kept?
Your keys are held in a secure safe. A receipt is issued each time keys change hands, and they are returned to you on request within 48 hours.
Do you work outside the canton of Geneva?
Our service area covers the whole canton. For a property beyond it, get in touch: we look at each request and can refer you to a trusted partner.
Can I try the service before committing?
Yes. Subscriptions have no minimum term and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. You can also start with a single visit at CHF 89.–.
